Our director, Julie Gordon, is not only the official trainer in Auckland  for QuickBooks  through Quicken NZ - she has won the coveted Accredited Consultant of the Year award for the past two years running for NZ nationally. We can provide on-site or classroom training for IMS, although the normal process we follow is that after installation of the product we run a mini training course on site to bring any personnel involved in payroll up to speed on the new system.  As part of your annual licence fee you are entitled to unlimited free support from IMS via phone, so this makes the process of choosing a payroll provider easier.
